Driverless transport systems: Fewer walking distances, more productivity
With automated guided vehicles (AGVs) from CREFORM, you reduce your employees' walking distances and increase their time for value-added activities by automating material handling. Leave repetitive transport tasks, as well as the heavy lifting and dragging of components, small load carriers (KLTs), wire mesh containers, drums, or pallets, to a purpose-built, automated robot. Whether in mixed traffic or in a closed industrial plant, a CREFORM AGV adapts to your requirements and operates safely and precisely.
We customize automated guided vehicles (AGVs) precisely to meet your specific challenges. You can choose between free navigation and a route defined by magnetic tape. Routes and transfer points are adjustable at any time. This ensures a stable material flow, even if there are short-term or temporary changes in your production environment or warehouse. True to our motto, "Lean solutions for your success," you're not investing in a rigid solution, but in a flexible, tailor-made system.
In the restaurant industry, bringing food and drinks to the table is part of the service. But what about your production? Is it truly value-adding if your employees are transporting materials every day instead of assembling products and improving processes? How many meters does a technician cover during a workday, even though that time could be used for value-adding activities? By automating repetitive transport, you reduce waste in the form of unnecessary movements and free up more time for your employees to focus on their core tasks.
We certainly don't want you to replace people with machines. But by making your employees' lives easier, you keep them healthy and simultaneously increase productivity and satisfaction. Outsource tedious, repetitive transport tasks to an automated guided vehicle (AGV) system and give your employees the opportunity to focus on the work they were hired to do.
The robust, all-metal construction of our vehicles ensures a long service life and reliable operation, even in demanding production environments. Custom superstructures and transfer stations can be optimally implemented using the CREFORM pipe connector system and adapted at any time to changing requirements.

VM1 – Superflat
VM1 is the compact undercarriage variant for precise, repeatable transport in confined spaces. It uses either lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries and can be charged manually or automatically (side/bottom, contact, or inductively). TÜV-certified, it features components from renowned manufacturers and sensors (such as SICK sensors) for maximum safety.
VM2 – Standard
VM2 covers a wide range of load and track profiles: magnetic track or free navigation, Li-ion/lead-acid batteries. TÜV-certified, with renowned component manufacturers and sensors (such as SICK sensors), VM2 is the robust choice for series production and retrofits.
VM3 – Bidirectional
