Practical example: One Piece Flow at JOTOR
JOTOR GmbH completely rebuilt its assembly line according to lean principles. The starting point was long distances, opaque processes, and a lack of flexibility. Together with JOTOR employees, we analyzed processes, conducted workshops, and developed modular workstations and a one-piece flow assembly line – implemented with CREFORM pipe connector systems, ergonomic fixtures, and ESD components.
