Lean Automation - Individual instead of standard
Automated material supply:
Pull principles such as supermarket, Kanban, or FIFO control the flow of materials. These systems transfer parts directly to workstations and integrate automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and mobile robots.
Cell and line concepts:
U- and L-cells, assembly islands, one-piece flow and line production adapt flexibly to new requirements thanks to their modular design.
Shelving systems:
FIFO, Kanban, flow-through, shooter, supermarket and seesaw racks keep the material in constant motion.
Transport & Handling:
Setup, table, material, cantilever, staging and level trolleys transport components, optionally protected against electrostatic discharge.
Kaizen and Karakuri also form the core of our solutions. We eliminate unnecessary work steps, accelerate processes, reduce the physical strain on employees, and ensure consistent standards.

Continuous flow, less manual transport, higher process reliability.
Workplace systems
Lean advantage:
Shorter reach distances, ergonomic working, clear structure and less search time.
What do you want to improve?
AGV/AMR integration with clear transfer points (shooter/FIFO racks), supermarket principle for on-demand replenishment and standardized provision directly at the cell. Result: continuous flow, less handling, stable cycle times.
Modular, height-adjustable workstation systems (manual/electric), ergonomically arranged storage areas, ESD options, and visual management. All scalable for product changes – with measurably improved picking times and reduced strain.

Lean begins with the right structure
Lean automation only yields results when employees understand and simplify processes beforehand. Instead of masking existing weaknesses with technology, CREFORM consistently applies the principles of lean management.
Together, we examine material flows, workplaces, and processes, identify unnecessary work steps, and design solutions for the interplay of technology, people, and processes. This approach leads to adaptable, sustainably stable, and profitable automation.
