Stable processes. Shorter cycle times. Less inventory.

Reduce lead times

In many production areas, long lead times are not caused by the actual processing step, but by everything that happens before, during, and after it. This is precisely where significant potential often lies for lean manufacturing, process optimization, and more efficient production logistics.

Optimize throughput times

Long lead times rarely originate from just one point. Often, they stem from numerous small disruptions in daily operations: materials are searched for, routes are too long, transfer points are not clearly defined, or workstations are not optimally supplied. With flexible CREFORM solutions, you create clear structures in material flow, reduce search and travel times, and make your processes more predictable.

Typical challenges in production & logistics

Backwater & Interim Storage
Buffer zones grow uncontrollably, material blocks surfaces and processes come to a standstill.
Unclear material flows
Procedures, handovers, and provision are not standardized. This leads to search times and queries.
Manual transport
Relocations, long distances and frequent handling tie up personnel and delay processes.
Ergonomic limitations
Unfavorable reach heights, heavy loads or unnecessary movements lengthen cycle times and put a strain on employees.
Variety of variants
Components, load carriers and quantities change, but existing solutions do not adapt flexibly.
Lack of standards
Materials, tools, and information are not clearly organized. This leads to deviations in the process.

Provide materials directly at the workplace

CREFORM solutions create a clear and ergonomic material supply system directly at the workstation. Components, small parts, and tools are arranged clearly, unambiguously labeled, and positioned for easy access. Inclined containers, fixed tool stations, and modular designs support standardized workplace supply and ensure that materials are quickly available during the process.

Use space more efficiently and reduce inventory levels

Where previously many small load carriers (KLTs) were stacked and stored as a compact buffer, you create a structured material supply system with clearly defined locations. The containers are arranged clearly on several levels, labeled, and positioned close to the process. This transforms mere storage space into a usable structure for material flow.

The modular design allows shelves and storage systems to be precisely adapted to containers, product variants, and inventory levels. This improves overview, reduces unnecessary buffers, and facilitates demand-driven production supply.

Improve ergonomic handling

Ergonomic aspects can be integrated particularly easily into Karakuri solutions. KLT containers can be guided to the dispensing position via roller tracks according to the FIFO principle and mechanically advanced, for example via a foot pedal.

This results in short reach distances, clear processes, and a consistent supply of materials to the workplace. The robust Karakuri technology is particularly suitable for Lean and Kaizen approaches, which aim to improve ergonomics, process reliability, and efficiency simultaneously.
