Roller tracks
- Continuous transport on multiple levels
- Corner deflections and side guides for complex routes
- Ideal for Karakuri applications and ergonomic material supply
- Compatible with CREFORM pipe connector system and aluminum profiles
Easy transport & high precision – completely without energy input
The modular design simplifies maintenance and allows for quick adaptation to new requirements. Technicians can replace individual rollers or profiles when worn, thus avoiding waste and conserving valuable raw materials.
U-profiles made of aluminum or steel support the structure and withstand the daily stresses of production. The robust PW roller rails do not bend even under heavy loads and function flawlessly for many years.

PW roller strips
Wide, tapered, narrow – Made in Japan
Can be combined with almost all container types and material flows.
Optimized curve radii, space-saving solutions, continuous flow.
The PW series offers the greatest variety: wide rollers for large containers, conical rollers for bulbous KLTs, and narrow rollers for Minomi processes. Perfect for complex layouts and customized solutions.
KW roller strips
Also suitable for sharp-edged parts and automated transfers.
High process reliability, fewer failures, ideal for robust material flows.
The KW series is designed for extreme requirements: metal parts, pallet transport and heat-resistant environments up to 160 °C. Steel casing ensures maximum stability and a long service life.
EF roller strips
Flexibility:
For KLTs, blisters and delicate parts
Reduced waiting times, rapid integration, modular design for continuous flow.
The EF series is the compact solution for standard applications and Minomi processes. It impresses with short delivery times and an attractive price-performance ratio – ideal for fast projects and budget optimization.
What do you want to change?
Standard KLTs with a smooth bottom are used in almost all production and order picking areas.
High production volumes require uninterrupted, on-time transport. Manual intervention slows down the flow.
Deformed, bulging KLT containers, or KLTs with a waffle bottom, frequently occur in assembly and logistics processes, especially in highly varied production.
Uneven floors lead to unstable running and disruptions in material flow. Additional guide elements are often necessary.
The PWB series with conical rollers compensates for uneven surfaces and enables stable feeding without additional lateral guidance. This saves space and costs – perfectly in line with the principles of lean manufacturing.
Metal parts are needed in manufacturing and assembly, often in areas with high temperatures or automated transfers (e.g. AGVs).
Heavy loads, sharp-edged surfaces , and abrasion put a strain on conventional conveyor solutions. This leads to wear and tear and increased maintenance requirements.
Cardboard boxes are typically used in packaging and order picking – often at the end of the production chain, where products are prepared for shipping.
Cardboard boxes are lightweight, can tip over, or get stuck. Manual feeding creates unnecessary movement and waiting times, which slows down the material flow.
Our roller tracks with narrow rollers (e.g., PWC series) enable smooth, quiet transport at low inclines. This reduces waste and ensures a continuous flow – a core principle of lean manufacturing.

Lean terms: Minomi
With our KWC roller tracks, you can efficiently implement Minomi processes – that is, the transport of the smallest parts without containers. Learn in our Lean Glossary why Minomi is a key principle for lean production and how you can implement it with CREFORM.

Material input and output according to the Karakuri principle
Our roller rails are key elements in Kanban material flow. Their purely mechanical design enables reliable feeding and return of materials without any external power supply. This saves costs, reduces complexity, and promotes lean thinking.
