WORKSHOP

CONTENTS:
This workshop provides new users with an uncomplicated introduction to the CREFORM system and includes a small theoretical part as well as the construction of a basic structure from the pipe plug-in system.

During on-site implementation, your individual requirements can be addressed by jointly identifying potential for improvement and then developing and implementing needs-based optimization approaches.

New customers, interested parties or newcomers (lean managers, assembly managers, future users, etc.)

SOLUTION-PACK
WORKSHOP

CONTENT:
This advanced workshop provides a knowledge refresher for you and your staff, as well as further development opportunities in material handling systems and lean methodologies. In the workshop, you will receive technical know-how and specific lean support for your processes.

The workshops also provide hands-on implementation of customized operating tools to increase productivity at your site.

KARAKURI
WORKSHOP

CONTENTS:
This workshop is the ideal opportunity for experienced users and existing CREFORM customers to familiarize themselves with the world of Karakuri.

Learn more about the traditional, Japanese construction principle Karakuri and gain first, practical experience together with our experts. You will not only be introduced to Karakuri with examples and possible applications in industrial production, but you will even build your own Karakuri structure.

Users with previous experience (production planners, lean officers, production managers, work preparation, etc.)

One to two workshop days

ARBEITSSICHERHEITS-
WORKSHOP

CONTENTS:
For our existing customers, we offer our occupational safety workshop once a year free of charge.

During this workshop, our experts will go through the conditions of use of the CREFORM material handling system with you and your employees, as well as all the important steps from handling pipes and structures.

Finally, you check their structures together with the experts using a checklist and document the test results.

CAD TRAINING

Our own CAD software is not only used by us, but also by our customers with great pleasure for new projects. However, this complex CAD system requires a certain amount of initial training to be able to operate it safely. We explain all the basic functions for designing structures with the CREFORM material handling system and determine load and bearing capacities when designing structures.

If you have been using this software for a while and need a little knowledge refresher or want to train new employees on the software, we can very gladly help you with that and customize the training to your needs.

After this workshop, each participant will receive a personal CAD training certificate.
