Process-reliable material feed for all requirements – that’s what CREFORM roller rails provide. Flexible in use, a wide variety of containers and goods can be transported gently on many material levels in parallel from an incline of just two percent. Our CREFORM conveyors are available in the standard version with a sturdy aluminum frame and individually removable rollers for easy maintenance and reconfiguration. Alternatively, opt for the wide conveyors of our PW series, with the help of which the following solutions can be implemented without any problems – corner deflection of containers and individual parts can be realized without any problems, Minomi generally can be implemented without interference and cardboard boxes, as well as containers with profiled bases, can be fed reliably, constantly and quietly. All CREFORM conveyors can be combined with ALU profile systems.

BALL ROLLER INSERT

As an extension of our proven (wide) PW roller rail series, we now have the option of incorporating ball transfer units into the profile. As a result, the goods to be transported can not only be moved in the direction of the profile, but also rotated or moved sideways. They are often used in assembly lines with tool carriers and also allow easier handling in packaging stations.

The “duplex” design of the adapter allows it to be used in combination with both the PWA and the flatter PWC rolls. The ball roller insert has been carefully designed to achieve the same support height by simply turning it over, even if the rollers have different diameters.

Modular design:

Thanks to their modular design, CREFORM roller tracks can be quickly and easily dismantled into their individual components. This simplifies assembly, facilitates maintenance, and provides multiple options for reconfiguration and reuse. Low wear and low friction surfaces between metal and wheel components promise smooth and quiet transport and reduce wear. By avoiding direct contact points between metal parts, the production of metal chips is prevented. The quality thus remains at a consistently high level.

Simple replacement:

In the event of partial damage, individual wheel sets can be flexibly replaced and renewed like a cartridge without damaging the frame structure.

APPLICATIONS

CREFORM castors are available in different shapes and materials and offer a wide range of possible combinations. Due to their high stability, even demanding transports are possible without any problems. Both large and small products and containers can be conveyed evenly.

Available in white polyethylene plastic or ESD conductive black polypropylene plastic, CREFORM rolls can be flexibly integrated into any production environment. Sheathed with stainless steel, the wear of the plastic rollers can be further reduced and the service life of the roller rail increased.

PWA

Wide, cylindrical PWA plastic wheels are particularly suitable for transporting large bins and containers due to their high stability and durability.

PWB

Thanks to their conical roller geometry, PWB plastic wheels are ideal for transporting deformed or soft containers with an uneven contact surface.

PWC

The transport of very small products without containers in accordance with the MINOMI concept can be realized with the narrow PWC plastic wheels.
